As part of its environmentally responsible approach, focussed on local producers and short supply chains, this Michelin-starred restaurant favours wines made by independent winegrowers. Reflet d'Obione puts the spotlight on the excellent vinification work carried out by producers that have built the fine reputation of the Languedoc appellation.
This wine production area stretches from the Camargue to the Cévennes, between the sea and the mountains, in a Mediterranean climate, with a multitude of terroirs that are shaped by the highly diverse landscapes, soils and aspects.
The palette of grape varieties is equally rich and gives rise to whites, reds, rosés, naturally sweet wines and sparkling wines of great quality.
